IN MEMORIAM



Kidney II, Daniel McCarthy, 12 years old, October 28, 2000.

     Seventh grader at Williamsburg Middle School, Arlington, VA. Played two years in Division II.



Klurfeld, Scott, 47 and wife Janis, 51, March 18, 2000 in a vehicle collision, Fairfax, VA. Spring 2000.

     It would have been Scott's sixth year coaching in the Club, progressing through the Divisions from III to I with his son Zach. He coached Division III and Division II teams to win Northern Virginia Youth Lacrosse League championships and had been twice selected by the League to assist in the coaching of N. VA. teams in the Commonwealth Games. Scott played intercollegiate lacrosse at Princeton University.
