| The link above, to the 2008 Rules, has been left in place in case anyone wants to compare the 2008 to 2009 rule changes. In 2009, the NVYLL league is handling the viewing of the Rules in a different manner. The league has posted them in the style of a drop-down menu. Basically, to view them, do this. Go to the NVYLL website by following this link: http://www.nvyll.org On the left-hand side of the page, just below the HOME link, look for the blue "box" with the words NVYLL By-Laws and the tiny white arrow on the right side of the box. There seems to be a number of ways to view the information re Rules changes; the following method seems easiest: put the mouse cursor on the NVYLL By-Laws "box", and a new "box" appears to the right that says OPERATIONAL RULES. Move your mouse pointer onto that "box" and the drop-down menu, with the information you seek, will appear to the right of the OPERATIONAL RULES "box". You can then make your selection from the drop-down menu. |
