| Verizon Internet service is once again blocking legitimate email from the Arlington Youth Lacrosse Club. This is email sent by the webmaster with important information about the club's activities. The instructions below will explain the steps necessary for filing a complaint with the company. |

QUESTION: Additional information describing your problem: (45-word limit) ANSWER: VERIZON is blocking the email address arlingtonlacrosse@aylc.org. This is legitimate email from my non-profit youth lacrosse club - the Arlington Youth Lacrosse Club. See the AYLC web site at: http://www.aylc.org Please "whitelist" IMMEDIATELY! STEP 4: After 24 hours has passed, call Verizon (see instructions below) and ask about the status of your "whitelist" request. Call 800-567-6789 and say AGENT at each prompt, ignoring messages. This should get you to a human being. (Worked for me after a while.) You will have to tell the voice menu that you want tech support, over an email issue, and what Operating System you are using. You'll figure out at what point to supply this information. When you get to a person ask about the status of the whitelist request. Hopefully, if enough of us complain and harass them, they will remove the block and enable all of our Verizon members to receive our legitimate emails.
